Renold can provide custom-built power units to any size or shape by utilising the vast array of products available in its range. These units are engineered to suit a massive range of applications from large quantity basic units to fully automated turn-key systems. When these drives are coupled to our other products, powers to 110kW and torques to 200kNm are achievable with infinitely variable speed.

Oildrive hubs provide the traction force for small, mobile machines such as mini-excavators, fruit picking machines, banana baggers, etc, where the motor is integrated with a planetary gear unit.

Pumps & Motors

Axial Gear Pumps & Motors - Open & Close Loop

HP provide highly efficient pumps and motors with fixed or variable displacements up to 115cc/rev. These units are ideally suited to hydrostatic closed loop drives, especially with the excellent range of control options. Manual, hydraulic pilot or electronic proportional input commands are all available.

Open Loop pressure compensated/load sensing units in 15cc and 65cc up to 250 bar are also available.

Renold provides fixed displacement gear pumps for the industrial and mobile equipment market - for use where relatively simple low cost systems are required. Displacements to 40cc/rev and pressures up to 250 bar.

Coupled to our planetary gearboxes we can provide torques up to 3,000kNm. Standard and bearingless models are available, complemented with Manifold mount overcentre and relief valves and static brakes. The RENOLD range includes Disc Valve Orbital Motors from 80cc to 800cc and Orbital Motors from 8cc to 630cc.
