Inside Sales / Customer Services

Location - Various

• Handling all telephone inquiries for sales orders, establishing customer needs
• Gathering relevant customer information to be able to quickly advise relevant product solutions
• Preparation of sales quotes, data entry, following up on orders
• Administration and sales support provided directly to the Customer Service Manager
• Purchasing Industrial Product
• Enabler of Renold Customer Experience

The Ideal Person
• Past experience in a product/customer support role in industrial, bearing and power transmission preferable, however enthusiasm, mechanical aptitude and potential is essential
• An ability to engage with people and build rapport on the phone and quickly establish customer needs
• A customer service focus and superior communication skills
• Excellent administration and computer system skills are essential, along with a highly organised approach to your work
• Excellent phone manner and "can do" attitude

To be considered for these roles you must have customer service orientation, mechanical aptitude and strong systems ability. Experience in customer service preferred as well as a focus on achieving desired outcomes. Sales Engineer / Territory Manager

Location - Various

The role responsibilities will include: 

• Sales territory management
• Product selection
• Submission of quotations
• Technical and commercial negotiations

To be a success in this role you will have:
• A proven track record in sales
• Skills in sales territory management with a sound knowledge of selling benefits of high quality products
• Confidence, professional presentation, enthusiasm and ability to gain respect from and inspire confidence in customers and distributors
• A technical background in mechanical or hydraulic products
• Excellent commercial skills
• 3+ Years of sales territory management
• Thrives in a team environment but happy to work individually
• Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred

To be considered for this role you must have professional and customer service orientation, mechanical aptitude and strong technical ability. Experience in B2B external sales essential, as well as a focus on achieving desired outcomes.
